    • Walk the 9 km Oirase Stream trail (Ishigami → Nenokuchi) — maple tunnel, Choshi-no-taki waterfall; shuttle bus back; Lake Towada + Nakadako. Go weekday before 08:00 (severe weekend congestion).
  • Day 5 — Towada → Hakkoda (ropeway, foliage) → Aomori (Nebuta museum, seafood). (drive ~1.5h). Stay Aomori. — Route map
